our agreement is simple. We usually require a one year contract term with a 30 day termination notice, allowing you to cancel the service as you wish.

The frequency of cleaning your office is solely based on what you need us to do. However we can also suggest the frequency based on your industry, number of employees, number of clients seen daily and square footage of your office. Each business is unique and requires different cleaning requirements. Our team will work with you to create a comprehensive cleaning plan that meets your needs.
